Lucky Ranch is opening a summer café and summer activity centre at Lucky Ranch Saluna from Midsummer’s Eve 21.6.2024 until the end of September! We are open daily from 11-20.
Lucky Ranch Saluuna is located in Pyhätunturi, on the shores of Lake Pyhäjärvi, about 10 km from the centre of Pyhätunturi. The location is unique in its landscape, with the magnificent Pyhä-Luosto mountain range behind the lake landscape. You can reach the site by car (address Oravanranta 15) or even by bike or hiking. One of the most popular cycle routes in Pyhä runs around Lake Pyhäjärvi and in about half a kilometre you will come directly to the Saluuna farm.
SUMMER CAFÉ
Our menu includes refreshing salads, juicy burgers, and waffles with either savory or sweet fillings. Come for lunch, ice cream, or to enjoy a refreshing drink and a summer evening on our atmospheric terrace with scenic views.
You can hire traditional mountain bikes, double-seater canoes, kayaks and SUP boats from us.

A traditional, wood-fired lakeside sauna on the shores of Lake Pyhäjärvi offers gentle relaxation. The sauna has a separate fireplace room and sauna room, where there is no shower, but washing is done in the traditional style by mixing hot and cold water in the baths. From the sauna you can take a dip in the fresh water of Lake Pyhäjärvi. The sauna can accommodate about 6-8 people at a time.
General sauna shifts on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 17-19 (20), when you can come without an appointment. The general sauna shift is a mixed sauna and you enter the sauna wearing a swimsuit. Price 15€/person. Please bring your own towel or you can rent one from us for 5€.
At other times the sauna is available by prior reservation and the price is 50€/person (2 hours). The price includes sauna heating, towel, fresh water and juice.

You can rent the Hot Tub as part of your sauna experience for 150€ and have it heated before your arrival or transported to your cottage (Pyhä-Luosto area) for 180€/day (filling and heating the fireplace is not included).
Lucky Ranch organises a number of experiential tours in the Pyhä-Luosto area. How about a horseback ride around the village of Lake Pyhäjärvi or the stunning scenery of the Raft, a night canoeing trip or the Tour de Pyhä ring trail by bike, canoe and hike.

We offer camping-style landscape accommodation in the finest location in Pyhätunturi, right on the shore of Lake Pyhäjärvi, with the magnificent Pyhä-Luosto mountain range behind, as well as more traditional cottage and apartment accommodation.
The options include:
Traditional hut with a traditional barn. There is a toilet, shower and food heating facilities (microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge) in the adjacent Saluuna building, which serves as a summer café and a shared space for our accommodation guests. Please note: there are steep stairs leading to the garden.
Price 70€/night, following nights 50€.
Includes final cleaning, bed linen for two. Extra linen set 15€
This accommodation with stunning lake and mountain views is located on the Saluna terrace and sleeps 2 people. The space is glazed, so is protected from rain and wind. However, if you wish, you can open the windows and sleep in the fresh outdoor air. The room is available to guests from 21:00 onwards. The toilet, shower and food heating facilities (microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge) can be found inside the Saloon which is a shared space for our accommodation guests.
Price 75€/night, following nights 60€
Includes final cleaning, bed linen and warm sleeping bags to sleep on the terrace well into autumn.
Price 35€/night incl. electricity, use of the shared indoor facilities of the Saluna; toilet, shower and food heating facilities (microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge).
We also offer two newly renovated, small semi-detached cabins Lucky Ranch Cabin 3 and Lucky Ranch Cabin 4, located in the same yard as Lucky Ranch Saloon. Both cabins have a small kitchen and toilet/shower room and Cabin 4 also has its own small sauna.
